We do not require you to create an account to listen to SalsaViva. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

We collect limited, non-identifying technical information automatically, including: device type, operating system version, app version, approximate region inferred from your IP address by our streaming and analytics providers, and anonymous usage events (such as play, pause, and session duration).

How We Use Information

We use this information to stream audio to your device, monitor service health, measure aggregate listenership, fix bugs, and improve the listening experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

Audio streaming is delivered by Live365, which receives your IP address and connection metadata to deliver the stream and report aggregated listener statistics to us. See live365.com for their privacy practices.

We use a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami) that records anonymous, aggregated page and event data without cookies or cross-site tracking.

The App is distributed through Google Play, which may collect information governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The App and website may use local storage on your device to remember preferences such as volume.

Children's Privacy

SalsaViva is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
